Shipping
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. We will only ship to the cardholder's registered billing address. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience, but it is to increase the security of our website. Shipping for all phones is by FedEx International 3-day service. This is a secure service with online tracking. The costs are as follows for products up to 500g:
To United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand: $40 USD per unit.
To United Kingdom, Europe and Asia: $45 USD per unit.
Shipping Terms:
1. All shipments will be delivered via Fedex international 3 days with online tracking service.
2. The above shipping cost includes insurance coverage of US$100 per shipment.
3. The above shipping cost is calculated based on total weight not exceeding 500 gram per unit, if the product weighs more than 500 gram, additional shipping cost will be charged.
4. The product may be subject to import duty depending on the custom regulation of each country. Customer is advised to find out their country custom regulation and is solely responsible for the additional custom duty under any circumstances.
5. We deliver our products worldwide except Indonesia, Nigeria (as well as other part of Africa), Philippines and China.
Payment Methods:
Pick Up The Phone accepts Visa and Mastercard through our secure ordering system. Orders of multiple products (excluding accessories) or of items over $1000 must be paid by bank transfer only. Please email info@pickupthephoneonline.com for more information. In addition, any orders may be requested to be paid by bank transfer at any time. The payment method acceptable for any order is ultimately up to the discretion of Pick Up The Phone staff and management. Thank you for your cooperation.
Warranty:
Our products will be covered with 1 year limited warranty for manufacturer defects. The terms and conditions of our warranty service are as follows: Repair services will be provided for defects arising from normal usage for the following period, commencing from the date of the registration from our Authorised Dealer. (Part will be replaced when necessary) A. Part : 1 year B. Technical service fees : 1 year C. Battery and Charger : 1 month The warranty services does not cover expandable item including : A. Handsfree B. Desktop Charger C. Memory Card D. Data Cable E. Display Screen (LCD) F. Defect on Camera G. Blue tooth Under the following circumstances, service and parts will be chargeable even within warranty period : A. Full particular are not shown or alterations made against the actual information for e.g. alteration of the date of registration or serial number. B. This unit being tampered with, altered in any way by any unauthorized technician or which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. The warranty does not cover damage occurring in transit or operated contrary to instructions. C. The defect is caused by the attack of household pests, fire lighting, natural disaster, pollution, water, abnormal voltage or the usage of generator. This warranty shall not apply to wear and tear of parts such as antenna, keypad rubber, plastic cover, batteries and battery compartment cover. At the time of return, pack equipment carefully against shock, insure parcel, enclosed Warranty Card and describe defects. This warranty excludes any liabilities which are not expressed above, such as forwarding expenses or travel.
Some cameras carry only a six month warranty. Please email info@pickupthephoneonline.com for warranty information about specific cameras.
Special Terms for Watches
Customers are encouraged to find out more about the importation ruling on the watches as each country has different requirements for importation of watches. Pick Up The Phone shall not be liable nor responsible for the shipment if the shipment was withheld by customs for any reason.
